February 7 @ 1:30 pm - 2:00 pm

Free

In this free lecture, learn about optimal pelvic floor functioning and determine whether you could benefit from pelvic floor physical therapy. Some common diagnoses that we see as pelvic floor PTs are incontinence (urinary and fecal), constipation, prolapse, endometriosis, pain during pregnancy, postpartum healing, diastasis recti, pediatric pelvic needs, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, men’s health, trans health, hip/pelvic girdle dysfunction and pain, female runners/lifters/athletes (pelvic and orthopedics), and more. Come with questions and talk directly with two of our therapists!

Dr. Abby received her BFA in dance from Marymount Manhattan College and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Long Island University in Brooklyn, NY. She has a true passion for pelvic floor physical therapy and improving postpartum care within the United States.
