Adaptogens: Helping Your Body Deal with Stress

Most importantly, learn how to help your body deal with stress. In this class, we will focus on the use of adaptogens to help support your body when dealing with stress. At the end of the workshop, you will take home a stress-busting tea blend and a recipe that will help you incorporate adaptogens into your diet.
Claire has been a practicing community herbalist for over ten years. She is an adjunct professor at Hood College where she teaches environmental science and sustainability. Claire recently completed an advanced course in Herbal Constituents and Phytochemistry taught by Lisa Ganora (RH).
Rachel has been a practicing community herbalist for over nine years. She is currently enrolled in the Clinical Herbalism program taught by David Winston (RH). Rachel loves teaching about holistic health.
