You’ll gain knowledge about the beneficial bacteria, yeasts and acids found in kombucha, as well as tips regarding the best teas, sugars and techniques to make your own kombucha at home.  As an added bonus, you’ll get to taste The Kombucha Lady flavors and leave with everything needed to brew your own kombucha at home.

Liz Dodson a.k.a The Kombucha Lady is a professional brewmaster based in Northern Frederick County. She has been making kombucha for over 8 years, 3 of which she has been producing kombucha commercially. Liz specializes in hand-crafted, micro-brewed kombucha—just about as local as you can get!
