Sho Nuf Turkey Farm – Fulton, MD (LOCAL)
Sho Nuf Turkey Farm is happy to bring you fresh free range all-natural turkeys for your holiday celebration.
The turkey operation was started by Ellsworth and Mary Elizabeth Iager in 1938 with the “Sho-Nuf” branding and they are happy to bring their brand back. The 3rd generation is now starting this new venture from placing day old poults in the summer to monitoring the flock and maintaining feed until they process and retail our turkeys to you the customer. They know what makes their turkeys extra special, the family pride in raising and producing a product that is the best it can be.
Their large modern barns allow their turkeys plenty of fresh air and room to roam freely both inside and out. Their turkey growing practices are well thought out and proven to produce the tastiest most nutritious turkey possible. The turkeys’ nutritional needs are overseen by a Ph.D. nutritionist who regularly monitors the flock’s growth and progress.
Your health is their main concern. They are proud to offer a product that is naturally high in protein and low in fat and cholesterol. They uphold the strictest of control to maintain a healthy, clean environment to grow and pamper their birds. Remember, they feed these turkeys to their families too!
They specialize in offering a broad range of sizes from 10-40 lbs. for every family size and holiday occasion.

Joyce Farms – Winston Salem, NC
Joyce Farms’ Heritage Black Turkey is a heritage breed, admitted to APA standard in 1874. It is one of the first to be developed from Native American stocks. In fact, it is believed to be the same breed the Pilgrims feasted on during their first Thanksgiving. This breed is well-suited for foraging, and they raise these special birds on pasture, on small family farms in North Carolina; never fed any antibiotics, hormones, steroids, animal biproducts, or artificial ingredients. These turkeys are processed by hand in their own plant, and like all of their Heritage birds, they are air chilled to preserve flavor, tenderness, and perfect texture.
